The House is the heart of Top Place - a beautifully crafted Western Red Cedar home overlooking the Moonbah River, with large windows on every side drawing the outside in. Designed for families and groups, the House sleeps up to eight guests across four bedrooms and features two and a half bathrooms, multiple living areas, a dedicated study, and a country-style kitchen.

The main living room is centred around a slow-combustion wood fireplace, with a second fireplace in the separate sitting area. Gas and electric wall heating ensures year-round comfort.
Upstairs are three bedrooms - a king, queen and two singles - connected by a gallery-style walkway overlooking the living spaces below. They share a spacious bathroom with a bath and shower.
Downstairs, a fourth bedroom with a double bed and private ensuite offers added privacy. A dedicated office, fully equipped laundry, generous ski storage and three ski boot dryers make The House as practical as it is comfortable.
Step outside to the riverside verandah, where the Moonbah River flows just metres away. Cast a line with the complimentary fly-fishing rods, unwind with a glass of wine, or simply enjoy the peace and quiet of one of the Snowy Mountains' most beautiful settings.
